Flexible km limit rental

Flexible km limit This is a solution for those who do not want to be restricted by a single rigid course package. We do not offer a "no limit" variant literally, but we are able to increase or decrease the kilometres limit for a specific booking and also establish the rate per additional km (or choose a package so that there is virtually no surcharge).

This is a frequent scenario in the Zakopane and Podhale region, because the routes can change depending on the weather, ideas on the site and spontaneous trips to Krakow, for thermals or mountains. Therefore, instead of promising something that cannot be fairly standardized, we do it simply: we ask for a plan, we propose a limit and we clearly describe the rules on the settlement of kilometres.

How does the limit of kilometres work in practice?

Renting a sports car or premium most often has fixed kilometres limit for a specified period (e.g. 24 hours, weekend, several days). If you know you're planning more rides, we can:

  • increase the kilometres limit on time for your reservation,
  • reduce limit if you drive little (sometimes it makes sense when you care about another design offer),
  • set an additional kilometre rate in the variant where you drive above the set limit.

Most importantly, we confirm everything in the news before the car is released, so there's no surprise on the count.

Why isn't there one "no limit" variant?

Because in practice "no limit" would mean unpredictable scenarios, and we want to offer fair and transparent rules. Instead of a marketing password, we use a solution that works better: select the limit to the real route plan and we clearly determine how we count possible kilometres above the limit.

For whom does a flexible limit make the most sense?

The flexible limit of kilometres is particularly convenient in scenarios where you do not want to watch the meter, but at the same time you want to have clear rules and predictable settlement:

  • Tourists: Buried + Podhale + tours in different directions.
  • Mixed route: Zakopane and surroundings plus Kraków (or vice versa).
  • Intense weekend: multiple passes, spontaneous changes of plan.
  • Many meetings: journeys between locations in a short time.

If you plan a typical tourist rental, the following page is helpful: rental for tourists.

What affects the limit and the amount of extra mile?

There is no single table, because the limit and the stake depend on several elements. The most common:

  • Model and class of the car: Sports and premium have different usage scenarios.
  • Date: weekends and seasons have different fleet coverage.
  • Length of rental: 24 hours, weekend, week - another logistics.
  • Pick up and return: Zakopane, Kraków, delivery, Balice.
  • Route plan: One sentence about direction is usually enough.

Best practice: describe the route straight (Zakopane and surrounding areas, Podhale, Kraków, mixed route) and add whether you plan a lot of driving. Then we'll choose the limit and the rules right at your date.

How to ask for a larger mile limit (step by step)

[crucy steps column="2"] [crucy stepnum="01" title="Choose auto or class"]Sport or premium, possibly a specific model from the fleet.[/crucy step] [crucy stepnum="02" title="Enter term from-to"]Best time of reception and return.[/crucy step] [crucy stepnum="03" title="Describe route in 1 sentence"]Zakopane/Podhale/Kraków or mixed route. Add if you're planning a lot of driving. [crucy stepnum="04" title="Ask for limit and rate"]Write: please increase the km limit and the additional km rate.[/crucy step] [/crucy steps]

Pick up and return: Zakopane, delivery to address, Balice airport

If you plan a longer route, logistics matters. The simplest option is reception in Zakopane. If you want comfort, you can also bring to the address after details are set: delivery of the car.

If you come to Krakow and want to go on the road right away, an airport scenario is possible. Then in the question, specify the time of landing and the planned time of taking over the car: rental car - airport Balice.

Premium or sport on a larger route?

If you plan a lot of miles, choosing a car matters. Simple as that:

  • Premium: where the priority is comfort on a longer route.
  • Sport: When driving emotions and the character of the car are the priority.

If you do not know, write one sentence: comfort or impression. On this basis, we will choose a car and a reasonable limit of miles.

Copy-paste

Copy the format below and complete the details, and we will return with a specific (limit + km rate) for your deadline:

  • Subject: km limit / larger limit
  • Auto/Class: sport or premium (or specific model)
  • Date: date from-to + hour
  • Over: Zakopane / Kraków / Balice / delivery to address
  • Return: city + hour (or other than reception)
  • Plan: short route + information whether you plan to drive a lot

Examples of routes and indicative kilometres

To make it easier to set a limit, you don't need an exact map. It's all about orientation. Below are some examples that show what the plan might look like in the region. Take this as a reference point - in practice, your real route counts for the valuation and matching of the limit.

  • Buried and surrounding (quietly): short journeys, access to attractions, stops. Usually a standard limit is enough.
  • Podhale (more intense): several places in the region, more driving during the day. It's often better to choose a larger package.
  • Zakopane + Kraków (mixed route): You connect the mountains with the city and you come back. In such a scenario, it is more reasonable to adjust the larger limit and be calm.
  • Airport + mountain route: the logistics of arrival and return comes, so hours and city returns are more important.

Package of kilometres and surcharge for km - how to understand it

The easiest way is to look at it as two elements of one offer. First of all, we set a mile limit for rent time. Secondly, we set a rate for every mile above the limit, if the plan is greater than expected. That's why you don't have to guess, and you have clear rules.

In practice, most people choose this configuration so that there is no or minimal surcharge. Therefore, you should add one sentence in the question: whether you are planning a lot of driving. It's really enough for us to offer a reasonable limit.

How to set a limit to not overpay

The most common error is the choice of the contact limit. In the Zakopane region, the weather and spontaneous decisions can add several dozen kilometres in one day. That's why if you know the plan is open, it's better to set a higher limit and have peace. On the other hand, if you know you drive very little, it's worth writing - sometimes you can arrange an offer sensiblely under such a scenario.

  • If the plan is uncertain: choose a larger limit.
  • If the plan is stiff: A standard limit can be sufficient.
  • If you go far away: add the route and indicatively that it is many kilometres.

The most common questions about the settlement of kilometres

[crucy faq title="FAQ: miles settlement"] [crucy faq item q="How do I know which limit to choose?" ] All you have to do is describe the route in one sentence and add if you're planning a lot of driving. We will propose a limit matching the script.[/krucy faq item] [krucy faq item q="Can I change the limit after the lease starts?"] Depends on the script and subsequent bookings. If you can see that the route is extending, let me know as soon as possible - it can often be arranged.[/krucy faq item] [krucy faq item q="Is the payment per km fixed?"]We set and confirm the rate before the car is released, depending on the model, deadline and booking variant.[/krucy faq item] [crucy faq item q="Can I connect a larger limit to the delivery or balicas?"] Often yes, but this requires logistics. Enter the address or time of landing and the return plan.[/krucy faq item] [/krucy faq]

Quick tip: how to estimate kilometres

If you don't want to count exactly, just a simple method. Write if you plan to drive mainly locally (Zakopane and surroundings), regionally (Podhale) or mixed (e.g. Zakopane and Kraków). Also add whether this is a peaceful plan with stops or an intense day with many passes. On this basis, we will propose a limit of kilometres so that it is comfortable, and we will confirm the rate for an additional kilometer if the plan is extended. So you don't have to guess, and we don't come back with a series of details.

If you want, you can also write indicatively: rather little riding or rather a lot riding. That's enough to match the package of kilometres to the booking.

How to describe your implementation so that the offer is hit

If you want us to adapt your car and conditions quickly, describe your plan as specifically as possible: date, city of receipt, rental time and short scenario. Just a few sentences: whether it is a weekend in Krakow, a trip to the mountains, a wedding, a business or a transfer. If the plan includes stops, add them immediately. As a result, the valuation and the limit of kilometres will be tailored to the real route, and the whole will remain predictable.

It's a simple detail that makes a big difference: fewer questions, faster arrangements and a better matched car. And on the day of implementation, only the most important thing remains: the comfort of driving and calmness.
